Save your hotel address and onward route before a Channel crossing. A plan covering the UK and France does not guarantee a continuous connection in tunnels or at sea.

With one shared plan, keep the travel line selected after arrival. With separate plans, select the French or UK eSIM for mobile data before you need directions outside the station, port or airport.

Do I need separate London and Paris eSIMs?

Plans are matched by country, not city. A qualifying plan covering the United Kingdom and France can serve both; otherwise the comparison shows a complete combination.

What if I return to London after France?

Add the UK again in Edit trip. The first UK eSIM may cover the return if it still has enough data and validity; switching it off in France does not pause its clock.

Can I share data with a laptop or another phone?

Open Change under Your usage and select sharing to require hotspot support. Sharing uses your eSIM’s data and only works while the devices stay nearby.

Can I keep my usual number?

On a compatible dual-SIM phone, keep your home line for its number and use the travel eSIM for data. Disable home-line data roaming and automatic data switching. Calls and SMS, including verification texts, depend on your home carrier and may incur charges.
