Our mission

ShrimpToast started with a familiar frustration: buying an eSIM felt confusing and overwhelming. Too many plans, unfamiliar terms, and no obvious answer to “What do I actually need for my trip?”
Then there’s the worry about what happens if it doesn’t work. Getting help, or getting your money back, shouldn’t become another problem to solve on vacation.
Our mission is to make staying connected abroad feel simple and approachable. From choosing your data to sorting out a connection problem, we want you to feel like someone has thought about your side of the experience.

We start by believing you.
If you say your eSIM isn’t working, we take that seriously. We’ll walk you through a few useful checks. If it still doesn’t work, you can request a refund right there in My eSIMs.
You shouldn’t need a support ticket, a long email exchange or someone’s permission to get a fair resolution. That’s why we’ve built help and refunds into the product.
