Travel Partner terms

Version 2026-09-22-partners-v1. This program is operated by WEB3 SOLUTIONS LLC, Indiana, United States. These terms cover sharing ShrimpToast recommendations and earning referral commissions.

The commission and payout rules below describe our standard program. If we have separately agreed commission or settlement terms with you, those take precedence for purchase eligibility, commission calculation, refund adjustments, holding periods and payout minimums. Your Account page and Earnings info show the terms assigned to your account.

Your role

Provide accurate business information, share genuine recommendations, and clearly disclose that you may earn a commission beside your links, QR codes and embeds. You may use your own business name and authorized logo. Do not impersonate ShrimpToast, promise unsupported coverage or refunds, spam, buy through your own referral links for commission, or set referral tracking without a genuine visitor interaction.

TripLinks and travelers

You are responsible for reviewing extracted trip details and having permission to share them. Anyone with a TripLink can view its countries, durations, dates and phone habits. Leave out client names and booking references. Links are unlisted, not confidential portals. Prices and available products change; the traveler reviews the actual purchase. ShrimpToast handles payment, eSIM delivery, installation guidance, troubleshooting and eligible refunds under its customer terms.

Attribution and earnings

Under the standard program, eligible new-eSIM purchases earn the percentage displayed in your partner settings, initially 10%. Top-ups do not qualify under standard terms. Demo/test payments, self-referrals and confirmed fraudulent purchases do not qualify under any model. Incomplete paid checkouts do not earn paid-purchase commission; separately agreed free-claim terms can still apply to a delivered free eSIM. Standard commission is calculated on retained merchandise revenue after successful refunds, rounded down to whole cents per item. Any applicable tax is excluded.

Selections made through your link carry its source. The referral identifier also stays in supported public browsing links and the cart URL, so following those links and reloading does not require a referral cookie. With the traveler’s optional-cookie consent, the latest eligible partner referral can also apply to new selections in the same browser for up to 30 days. Direct visits do not erase it. Already-added cart items retain their original source. Another device must open your link again; cross-device or lifetime attribution is not promised. Your rate is recorded when the payable order is created; later rate changes apply to future orders.

Manual payouts

Under standard terms, commission remains pending until payment is verified, the eSIM is delivered and the 30-day hold has elapsed. Refunds, disputes and unresolved delivery can delay or reduce payment. Standard verified available balances of at least $25 are processed manually each month in USD. Separately agreed invoice settlement, holding periods and minimums take precedence. Contact support@getshrimptoast.com to confirm payout availability, recipient verification and any method-specific fees before relying on this program for your business. Country support and payout arrangements must be confirmed before payment.

Under the refund rules that apply to your account, later refunds or chargeback losses can reduce earned commission, including after a payout. Negative balances offset future earnings; we do not automatically debit your bank account. Unresolved negative balances are reviewed with you if you close the account. We keep payment and adjustment records needed for accounting, dispute handling and applicable reporting. You are responsible for your own tax obligations.

Accounts and program changes

Keep access to your verified email secure. Payout recipient changes require verification through partner operations. We may pause links or payouts to investigate abuse, disputed attribution or inaccurate recipient details. Contact us to correct information, request account closure or dispute an earnings entry. Earned valid amounts remain subject to these payment and refund rules. Material term or rate changes will be communicated before applying to future purchases.
